To all customers who purchased tickets for Holiday Afternoon Concerts
We had sent you a letter about options for two performances of Holiday Afternoon Concerts (one at 12 p.m. and the other at 3 p.m.) asking your preferred timing. Based on the request we have received, we are able to hold a single performance at 2 p.m. on July 23 (Thursday, national holiday).
In order to attend, you should receive an envelope with an attendance postcard by July 20, Monday. Please bring the postcard with your seat number to the performance so that you can be seated.
Postcards for September, November, 2020 and January, 2021 will be sent to you around 3 weeks before those performance dates.
We apologize for the repeated changes in the schedule and would appreciate your understanding.
As per usual during the pandemic alert, plans remain subject to change at the request of the Cabinet Office and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and other authorities. We will announce any changes as necessary.
Holiday Afternoon Concerts will be single performances starting at 2 p.m.
All the July, September, November, 2020 and January, 2021concerts will start at 2 p.m.
The performance will be about 60 minutes with no intermission.
There will be no change in the performers or program
